New Hampshire’s chief clinical examiner testified Tuesday about her involvement in the investigation of a 2019 crash in Randolph that killed 7 bike riders.

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 26, is on demo for a number of felony fees in the fatal crash on Route 2 in Randolph.
